LONGLEY FARM
Cottage Cheese

Cottage cheese has a fascinating history, marked by its journey the United States, where it gained immense popularity and was supplied to US Navy during WWII. Lt. Joseph Dickinson RNVR first encountered it in 1944 and later in 1964 during a farming trip. Inspired by these experiences, he began producing cottage cheese commercially at Longley Farm, leading to the creation of English-Style Cottage Cheese, made with dedication.
